Returns & exchanges

Each HAPPYDOG piece is handmade to order in our atelier in Kyiv, with great attention to detail and hygiene standards.

Because of this, please check your pup’s measurements carefully before placing your order 🐾

✨ Due to health and hygiene reasons, all sales of beds and personalized/custom items (such as monogrammed, embroidered, or made-to-measure pieces) are final and non-returnable/non-exchangeable.

We gladly accept returns or exchanges only if your item arrives defective or incorrect.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at annahappydog@gmail.com, including your order number and clear photos of the issue.

 

If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to ship the item back.

Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
